I have been living in this condominium for 3 years and I have no complaints, as soon as you call they answer and try to help you and solve the problem, from here I go to my own houses! Thank you guys I love you guys !
I am very disappointed, No customer service. at all . The people at the office are never available . I have been calling for 4 days regarding my renewal i have been here for almost 5 years they don’t care about our requests .I’ve left several messages , no one has contacted me back. I left work no one was at the office around 1pm. I’m sorry it’s not fair for the residents . I am very dissatisfied.
Serrano Apartments is awful. We were fully approved for a unit, then last minute they claimed something “happened” to it and said they couldn’t accommodate us. No accountability, no solution, and when they’re at fault they completely stop answering the phone. Now suddenly after a few emails asking for help we are no longer able to move in and honestly thats works out perfectly! The service was terrible all around. This apartment complex is a scam. One of my family members lives there, and she had her car towed because she had a flat tire that she was unaware before she left her apartment. When she called the tow company they stated the apartment complex office had called them to tow the car. They have also been trying to pay their through the app and haven’t been able to. New assistant manager needs training on how to deal with customers. I been here for over 2 years and no problems with staff. Recently since she got hired she is horrible.
