So happy to see Lourdes as the new office manager she always was calm and patient with us resident she’s doing a lot. I’m happy that she here still she’s been here for three years helping the community out the Maintance team they’re wonderful. They always come and try to figure it out and get things done. I’ve been living at Serrano for a year, and it has been an amazing experience! From the moment I moved in, I felt welcomed by the friendly and professional management team.
The staff always greets me with a smile. They are very professional and welcoming. The maintenance team is always on top of repairs when needed. If you are considering renting here, please do so. I love my apartment.
-5 stars. This place is NOT taken care of, and the management is completely nasty. Please don’t ever rent here. Ever. Unless you want roaches, mold, plumbing issues, and MORE! Management does not respond back to emails, they will even completely ignore you. God forbid you have a maintenance problem! Nobody keeps track of emails, and they just don’t give a flying **** about their tenants. No deposit back, even if things were broken when you got there, they will still charge you for everything.
