Lourdes, la actual administradora de la propiedad, junto con Pamela y Andrea, siempre han sido muy amables y atentas con cualquier cosa relacionada a mi contrato. El equipo de mantenimiento también ha sido excelente, siempre resolviendo mis solicitudes a tiempo e incluso me ayudaron a subir muebles cuando me mudé, ya que vivo en el segundo piso. Es una comunidad muy tranquila con vecinos amables . Un lugar muy agradable para vivir.
I’ve had it with the ongoing issues at Serrano Apartments, and the management’s complete failure to do anything about it. The duck and bird overpopulation here is absolutely out of control. My car (and many others) gets covered in bird and duck feces regularly—it’s disgusting, damaging, and completely unacceptable. What makes it worse? The staff and maintenance crew continue to feed these animals, encouraging them to stay and multiply. I’ve raised concerns and nothing has changed. I've been living in the community for about 3 years, and I really don't have any complaints so far. Any maintenance issue(s) I had they addressed it, in a timely manner... Never had any issues communicating with the girls in the office. They are currently fixing up the community, and its coming along nicely so far. ..
