Epically terrible service. They had the car form almost 2 weeks, never called, kept us on hold for 30+ minutes at a time (bragging about their world-class service) then hung up on us. No joke like 10 times. We managed to text one of the mechanics today and they just said “Oops, there’s nothing wrong with the car.” One star is too generous.
