Updating my previous review which was not favorable, I have continued coming to Serramonte Ford to service my vehicle and schedule service visits exclusively with Pam Yaeger. She is an excellent service advisor - timely and communicative with updates and upfront about the service needs of the car. I also appreciate the relatively new service they offer to return the vehicle to my home after the repairs are complete - this has been a great option for those days when my schedule is booked.
I brought my truck to the dealership service department for a leaking sunroof. service advisor Rich Lucas tried to advise me to turn it into my auto insurance. I paid a lot of money for an extended warranty. I dropped the truck off for my appointment on Wednesday morning. I tried getting an update several times and got no information. Finally on Monday afternoon I drove to the dealership and it had never even been looked at. I ended up picking it up and I’ll try to go to a different dealership.
