Don't bother going here for service. Found out from my dash cam video that they didn't 1) do the multi point inspection, 2) do the recall inspection that we agreed upon. My vehicle was driven to the back of the lot, parked there for 3hrs, and moved to the front lot.
Updating my previous review which was not favorable, I have continued coming to Serramonte Ford to service my vehicle and schedule service visits exclusively with Pam Yaeger. She is an excellent service advisor - timely and communicative with updates and upfront about the service needs of the car. I also appreciate the relatively new service they offer to return the vehicle to my home after the repairs are complete - this has been a great option for those days when my schedule is booked.
