DO NOT RENT FROM HERE - Worst management company ever. They raised my rent by $1000 when they took over. Mind you, my apartment has never undergone any renovation. They have no sympathy regarding late payments. I was told your account is cleared to pay online. Living at Cielo Point has been an absolute nightmare. The surroundings are constantly unclean, with trash everywhere and dog poop all over—I’ve personally stepped in it five times. The gate is always broken, making security nonexistent. Rent payments online come with an outrageous $60 fee, which is just another way they take advantage of residents. DO NOT MOVE HERE!! I moved and had to wait for my water bill which gets billed at the end of the month plus other fees (if any) well, they took forever to tell me the amount due. I moved out on April 12th and received the bill by May 4th. As soon as I saw the email I drove to the leasing office and gave them a cashier’s check and they didn’t give me a receipt so I had to call multiple times on different days just to get proof that I paid everything in full and didn’t owe anything else.
