DO NOT MOVE HERE! -100/10 I have lived here 2 and a half years and it has been issue after issue. My A/C has leaked and stopped cooling literally every other month and it takes days for maintenance to look at it while being unbearably hot. On top of that - the gate as almost never worked - a lot of dog owners do not pick up after their pets and I have stepped in poop multiple times on the walkway and very often off leash - you have to pay over $60 just to pay rent online - parking is always crowded - several occasions of ... read more
I was impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the staffs especially Isaiah! The apartments are spacious and modern. Great community and quick maintenance responses. Overall, easy process and I highly recommend Cielo Point.
One star. I would not recommend living at Cielo Point. The property is filthy and poorly maintained. There is dog poop everywhere, trash scattered around the complex, and the garbage areas are constantly overflowing. It feels neglected and unsanitary. The residents are extremely rude and inconsiderate. Loud music is played at all hours, people openly smoke weed, and there are often shady characters hanging around. The staff and management were extremely unprofessional and delivered false information, causing me to withdraw my application at the last minute. Telling me that there would be no issue showing proof of pay because my job is not typical and I didn’t have certain forms. Isaiah Matthews told me it should be fine and then it wasn’t suddenly. Alexis has been the most usefull in my life since I moved. Every time , i have an issue she always receives me with a smile and a solution. I have to say the same for Isaiah, Kevin Daniel and tech.
