I tried giving this place an opportunity after seeing all the reviews I decided to try it out myself. I moved here back in 2024. The area doesn’t seem too friendly. There are a lot of people who smoke weed in the area, people are constantly leaving their dog trails on the grass sometimes even on the road. Children are always running on the street unattended, dumpsters are always full of trash overflowing. From the very beginning, it was clear that tenant well-being is not a priority for your management team. Despite numerous complaints, nothing was ever done about the roach infestation in my unit. I repeatedly reached out to management, only to be ignored or given empty promises. The situation only got worse over time, making it impossible to feel comfortable in my own home. Moving here was such a breeze. I really fell in love with the apartments when I first saw them on tour with Alexis. She was so welcoming and made me feel as if I was already at home. Once I moved in Alexis made sure any question or concern I had was addressed immediately. Even to this day she’s always a phone call away. This place is absolutely terrible—infested with disrespectful rodents and roaches everywhere. I will never live here again in my life, and I do not recommend it to anyone. The leasing office staff are extremely rude and unprofessional, and even the parking situation is a nightmare. You can’t park in peace without the risk of being towed, often without any warning. I have put in at least 5 work orders to have my tub resurfaced in the past year and it has yet to be done. The latest request was about 2 1/2 weeks ago. Alexis came to my apartment and took pictures and advised me that she would be in touch with me. I never heard from her so I called and I was advised that someone would call me to come by last week. No one ever called me or came by. To date my tub is still peeling, and it seems as if management doesn’t care to resolve the issue.
