One star. I would not recommend living at Cielo Point. The property is filthy and poorly maintained. There is dog poop everywhere, trash scattered around the complex, and the garbage areas are constantly overflowing. It feels neglected and unsanitary. The residents are extremely rude and inconsiderate. Loud music is played at all hours, people openly smoke weed, and there are often shady characters hanging around. I tried giving this place an opportunity after seeing all the reviews I decided to try it out myself. I moved here back in 2024. The area doesn’t seem too friendly. There are a lot of people who smoke weed in the area, people are constantly leaving their dog trails on the grass sometimes even on the road. Children are always running on the street unattended, dumpsters are always full of trash overflowing. Towing company is non existent, you are charged a fee for the towing company to monitor non residents who park here or ... read more
Kevin and Daniel were amazing! They helped me with my dishwasher and gave me tips on maintaining my dishwasher.
I am very grateful to the maintenance guy, Kevin, because he helped me at home late at night with a leak from a broken pipe. He also helped me remove all the water from the house and stayed until the problem was resolved.
