I scheduled an appointment for a rear end rebuild for my mom's 2014 Tundra. My mom and sister dropped off the truck. Service writer Tom told me I had to pay for the parts upfront which was about $2500, so of course I paid. Tom calls and says the techs and he couldn't find the wheel lock key. I called mom, she says it's in the driver's door pocket. Called Tom back and while on the phone, Tom and his techs confirmed that the key was not there or anywhere else in the truck.
