I don’t normally leave bad reviews. I love Toyotas, just not the experience I had at the Decatur dealership. Unprofessional conduct and outright deception. Go elsewhere
I cannot praise this dealership enough for the amazing experience I had purchasing a 4Runner. But the true highlight was working with Kaleb Carter, my sales consultant. I feel like he’s family at this point… a friend for sure. He’s answered every question, text, and request I’ve had through the whole process while also giving me honest advice which I truly appreciate!!! My friend told me how awesome Kaleb was with his suv purchase, so I’m very happy I came to Serra.
As a first time customer my experience with Serra Toyota was great Casey Holden was a great person to work with he do what he gotta do to get what you want I’ll Recommend him to anybody if your looking for a vehicle he is the best at what he does.
