I was fortunate enough to lease the very first 2020 STI from Adam Helwig just last Saturday. I special ordered the car early January and he had kept me up to date on the status of the car along the way. I only go there for recall work, and regret stepping in the building every time. Also - PLEASE STOP CALLING TO GET ME TO TRADE IN MY CAR. I am pretty sure you CANNOT, in fact, get me into a new car for close to my current monthly payment of $0 per month.
Last time I came in for an oil change I was treated very poorly. I won’t go back.
Very happy with the customer service I received today while dealing with a few recalls. Jeremiah and manager Matt were super helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I left happy and educated.
I leased a 2016 Crosstrek from another dealership and it was an awful experience. My lease was ending and I needed to make a decision. Never having leased a vehicle before, I didn’t know how it worked. Dave Somerville at Serra Subaru took the time to explain things, giving me options and helping me make the best decision for me! I met people in sales, finance, and service, everyone was so nice and helpful. I am thrilled with my new 2019 Crosstrek and will tell everyone to do themselves a favor and go to Serra!
I have purchased a lot of vehicles over the years and would have too say Rick Ballas was the easiest and best salesman too work with. He was able too answer all my questions thru the whole process and explained everything I needed too know. If all car salesman were like Rick the buying process would be less stressful on everybody.
Well.....you ordered the wrong part. I’m sorry. But...you didn’t need to make me SIT there waiting for 2 hours!!! Just order the dang part and let me be on my way! Sheesh!! Very disappointing. To err is common....to make a customer sit and wait for NOTHING is wrong
