Less than 1 month of ownership of a pre-owned Cadillac… I recently changed the spark plugs only to discover that the cylinder #1 spark plug recess well was filled with oil due to a failed oil seal as part of the valve cover gasket package. Such an oil leak will lead to misfires and coil pack failure. Absolutely do not buy a used car from Serra. Either they do not train their employees about their basic policies, or they are willing to intentionally bait and switch customers regarding used auto sales. Bought a car from them a year ago and would absolutely never go back, I was told multiple times by the employee that I would have a week to return my as-is vehicle. I just purchased a used vehicle from here and had an absolute great experience and my sales person kaycie noble was spectacular, every question or concern i had she answered and if she didn't know the answer she found someone who did. she spent the entire afternoon making i was happy with my purchase.
