The vehicles we have looked at are not inspected at all. When arriving we were greeted warmly, however after taking multiple cars to be tested by mechanics during our test drives, we soon learned how much damage is to these cars with no consideration shown in pricing. I have gotten 3 vehicles from Tim Richards who works here. 2 when they were their previous dealership and 1 now. I can honestly say He is an expert and a heck of a guy. I doubt he is paid enough to be honest. To have a person get 3 vehicles from your salesman and be a repeat customer is probably not heard of a lot mostly nowadays. If I ever need an new vehicle, I go to him for sure. Thanks Tim.
Less than 1 month of ownership of a pre-owned Cadillac… I recently changed the spark plugs only to discover that the cylinder #1 spark plug recess well was filled with oil due to a failed oil seal as part of the valve cover gasket package. Such an oil leak will lead to misfires and coil pack failure. At the time of purchase, I was assured that if I decided to sell the vehicle within two years, they would buy it back at the same price.
