The sales staff works really hard to protect the integrity of the "deception" behind the scenes. The dealership is always in protection mode. Recently purchased a newer jeep. Less than 100 miles the engine light is on! The dealer fixed the problem...we asked for previous service records. We were denied. Now I know they were hiding that repair. Shady group of managers.
My girlfriend and I was dealing with Doug he helped us get into a nice used car. He's very respectful and professional. I would highly recommend anyone who is interested in a used car or truck to deal with him.
