Wilson did a great job. I called in the morning to schedule my first service call on a new car. He got me scheduled for an early afternoon appointment. I showed up early and he pulled me in right away and very quickly had my car ready and I was on my way. Very pleasant experience. I will definitely be back.
Great customer service. Friendly staff and good pricing. Happy to have purchased my Jeep through Serra.
Owner was very rude, so were the employees to the receptionist. Overall not a very quality place.
Though my husband and I did not purchase our conversion van from here, the salesman (Colton) helping us was outstanding. We did test drive a van here, and Colton was incredibly helpful as well as professional without being pushy or annoying. We highly recommend him when shopping to purchase a vehicle.
