I had a great experience at Serra Chevrolet. Dennis Pritchett did a fantastic job explaining all the cool features of the Kia Sorrento, was patient as I asked LOTS of questions, and had great follow up after the transaction. He took GREAT care of us! If I'm in the market for another Kia after this lease is up, I'll be calling Dennis.
