At first I was displeased because the body shop couldn’t get parts for a few months. But, I came to realize that it wasn’t the fault of the Autoplaza dealership in Vestavia. And, I also learned that after the bodyshop got the parts and put the parts back on they had to send to The autoplaza to do the calibrations and fix all the sensors and even an update. They did it in a couple days to my amazement. So, as far as the service at the autoplaza when dealing with Vinfast cars Mike does an incredible job!!!

I brought my VF8 Plus car in for a software upgrade. The technician, Mike, worked very enthusiastically, however, due to some coordination issues between the technicians in the US and the software center in Vietnam, the process took a very long time. I had to wait for two days... Mike worked diligently and meticulously.
