I always have an excellent experience when I take my Pilot to Serra Honda for service. The service advisors are very friendly and knowledgeable.
Great customer experience from start to finish. I made an appointment for routine service and to get a recall issue fixed. I dropped my vehicle off and took advantage of their shuttle service. All staff members I encountered were friendly, knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the say. I always have a level of confidence when I take my vehicle to Serra Honda.
I went to get my oil changed and was checked in by Chris. He was very friendly and most accommodating while there.
My service call at Serra Honda was handled professionally and efficiently. I was kept informed during the servicing and received both a written and oral explanation of what was done. After completion my car was returned to the reception area. I did not need to search for it.
