I have not nor will I buy a vehicle from this place. I was simply browsing on their website and I clicked on a payment calculator, since then I have received multiple calls. I swear they are a bunch of vultures and do not understand if I have any questions or would like to purchase a vehicle I would come in. I do not need to be hounded!!
Had a great experience with Serra Honda. My salesman Xaiver was very helpful. The sales manager did a great job of getting me fiananced at a good rate. I was able to get a warranty and they delivered. I would recommend them to others.

Thanks to Sam he was a wonderful salesman I bought a used Odyssey from him there was one key and he made another key for me free of charge
It was great. Tim was very helpful. He helped me work through three different vehicles that I might be interested in, with questions about each one. Then, eventually narrowing it down to the Honda Civic Hybrid Sport with the color that I liked. He was able to work with me on the financing, going the rout of leasing instead of buying it out-right. He was able to get my payment where I wanted it with the funds from my trade-in. Very good experience with Tim - I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy a Honda.
