Shannon was amazing! She got me into a beautiful 2021 GMC Acadia with just over 30k miles on it, even though I needed to turn my leased Jeep Compass in early since I was WELL over my mileage. I have gone to nearly every dealership in Rochester searching for a vehicle for 5 months. I felt like every sales person I worked with was using me for their own benefit to get a check. When I went to this dealership, everything they did was explained with reasoning to why they did it. They helped me find a vehicle that I was comfortable driving, and paying for. Every person I spoke to was very straight forward and honest. I would recommend this place to anybody including my family. I’m very satisfied!
Came in and purchased a used car. Was told my purchasing price was 4 grand lower than what it actually was. Ended up paying a ridiculous amount of money more than what the salesperson had told me it was (lied to my face). Was told the car had been mechanically inspected and was in perfect shape, but one of the brake pads was already beginning to squeak 2 days after purchase. Glad i have warranty. Would not recommend.
