What great service- a simple fix in and out in under an hour. My service engine light came on while I was driving- car sounded like a semi truck upon accelerating all of a sudden too. Pulled into the service bay. Michelle the service adviser immediately pulled the code and talk to a tech - tech came out and found the hose to the turbo had disconnected. The car is 5 years old and first time I’ve had any issue. They fixed the problem and I was back on the road in under an hour. Thank you so much!!! Great job!!!
Had them do work on my car a few times and everyone I've worked with has been so friendly and honest. This last time too they were so fast that I was honestly surprised. Highly recommend this dealer if your car needs work done

HEADS-UP ON BATTERY REPLACEMENT .... Just in case you were looking to buy a replacement battery. I needed to replace my Ford battery, so I called Serra Ford in Rochester. I gave them model/number I needed and was told they have plenty of that one in stock. So, I dropped by to pick one up. I noticed the one they gave me was manufactured 6 months ago, so I questioned that and was told they don't sell a lot of batteries, but that it does comes with a full replacement warranty (not pro-rated). He could only find a battery 6 mont... read more
