Had a couple of re calls on our kia. Set up appointment and took suv for updates. Super nice folks and was in and out in no time. I recommend them for all your service needs.
We came to the dealership with my daughter to try to get her a reliable car just to make it to school & to her local job, but I ended up getting something that will actually probably take her through a couple of years of college for a very fair / reasonable price. The salesman was very professional. The loan officer was very kind and understanding.... It will probably be a few years.But as soon as she is ready to upgrade , we will definitely be back to give them more business.

I will recommend them to anyone the job was well done.I will give them 10 and over Stars. After I got home It may have been the next day I received a text from Jared Mitchell letting me know if I need anything else I have a problem contact them or just come by.
From the initial website experience to the front door entrance, the customer service was superb. Darlene and Steven took care of me the whole way. I originally went in to look at a jeep Cherokee but their honesty by letting me know up front of an issue with the vehicle and fully showing me what other options were available led to the Kia seltos I selected and am extremely satisfied with. I appreciate Serra for having these employees and helping me during my search for my new vehicle. Thank you!!
