I recently traded in my old vehicle for a new one at Serra Chevrolet in Jackson. Overdue review but I wanted to thank Joseph in the service department for his quick assistance getting me back on the road! An auto shop didn’t do repairs correctly on my Chevy truck triggering the abs system on the highway. I was traveling west with a trailer on a deadline. After calling a couple Chevy dealerships, I drove 40 minutes in the opposite direction because Joseph was able to get me in immediately for a quick evaluation.
