Called a head for brake repair on 2014 Buick said would take 2 hrs . Took 6 hrs and a charge of $701.00. 2/3 labor. My daughter spoke with them and they lied about video review which events never happened. My suggestion to all DO NOT take your vehicle there. Another guy there highly upset about his truck and a smart mouth young service lady jumped in running her mouth where she wasn't needed caused the situation to get more heated. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!! I had reached out to this dealership via cargurus.com. I had spoke to a keith g*******; told him my circumstances told him i would have a down payment for a 2007 yukon which was 14,000 and some change. Went to the dealership that saturday.
