Our right rear tail lamp/turn signal began to malfunction the day before so we stopped in to see if anything could be done quickly, without an appointment. Kayla got a tech right on it, in the drive up area. Turned out it was just a fuse, an easy fix. We were back on our way in less than 15 minutes.
Kayla was very informative when telling me what the technicians found with my car. I ended up needing to get something fixed, and she stayed connected whether by text or call. My car had to be in the shop a extra day or two, and Kayla called me right away to let me know, and when I left a message asking for an update she called me back within 15 minutes or so. It's nice to have someone down to earth helping you!!
Kayla was wonderful! She listened to my concerns and responded to my questions. She is a good customer service representative.
Our concerns were addressed in a timely manner; communication with Heather was absolutely outstanding; and the vehicle was fixed much quicker than we had originally thought. A bonus is that we were supplied with a loaner car immediately.
