Pleasant buying experience. They held the truck once i was approved so I could make the 7 hour drive for it and kept me in the loop throughout the process.

Bought a truck back in on august 16 2025. A 2020 f150. Brought the truck home and immediately after pulling into the driveway it started knocking HARD the whole front end of the truck was shaking. Long story short I got ahold of Patrick (my salesman) got the truck back down to Saginaw (I’m an hour away). Patrick told me his service team said “there was water from them power washing the engine bay” now I talked around and have been told that water will evaporate in the engine bay.
