Really bad experience. Took my pickup in for hard shifting and a rear pinion seal leak. They told me the rear pinion bearing was bad and needed rebuilt/replaced. Taken it back 3x now because truck was still leaking gear oil and truck was still shifting hard. Each time they had it for minimum 2 weeks and over $5,000 later truck is still having its shifting problems.
After seeing a suv on their lot and inquiring about it I left work and made the hour trip to come look at a car. This was after I also talking to Chris on the phone multiple times. He knew we were coming, he said "I have it here waiting for you". Walk in to be told to wait. Around 30 mins go by and not a single person said another thing to me.
