Had spark plugs removed, noticed banging a day or two after. Followed the banging, Mercedes-Benz technicians left a tool in my engine bay. Reported the issue. Weeks have gone by and not one person has reached out to resolve the issue. If the event isnt about taking your money, they dont care about anything else, even if it was their own mistakes at your expense
Jessica worked with us and our E63 wagon as if it was her own! She went above and beyond with service and communication. She was always pleasant and professional making service appointments more than palatable. It pleased us to see her for maintenance and warranty work making sure that we were not inconvenienced during the process. She is definitely the bright spot as she worked seamlessly with the service tech, service manager and detailing department to get us up and running like new. She is a keeper!
