Bad communication and definitely dont care about the little purchases. Get it in and get it out i guess,first come first serve. Screw the rest
Was told we were not able to put down a deposit by Ke’Arrah, we drove 3.5 hours just to be told the vehicle was sold because we didn’t put a deposit down and we were also told over the phone that they could hold it for 24 hours. She did not communicate well at all and we do not recommend working with her.
The service was great. Chase was exceptional; Great customer interaction. Great knowledge about process and procedures. Appropriate timing and a very kind person
Ke'arrah was straight forward and easy to deal with. Everything went smoothy.
