I had a great experience purchasing a beautiful pre owned car from Serra Auto.Ke'arrah was very pleasant, professional, answered all my questions and promtly responded to text messages or emails. Purchased a vehicle here. Initially worked with Colin and Ryan who were great in the purchasing process. They were also very helpful navigating warranty issues when I had a mechanical problem. They put me in touch with Anthony who was able diagnose and fix the issue. Shoutout to Chad the mechanic who fixed the issue and Mike who helped to situate things. All around awesome crew. I would absolutely recommend this place for purchase or repair!
