Efficient process. Jake Crabtree took good care of me and my situation. Made the potential unpleasant experience of getting car fixed, an uneventful experience, which in the end is all one wants regarding their vehicle.
Jake did a great job for me. This was my first experience with the Service Department at Serra Acura. I am very pleased and will be back for service the next time it is needed. Chad was one of the most professional car salesman I’ve ever dealt with. He listened to what I was looking for, explained the different levels of the MDX to me. Did not play games when we discussed pricing. Was incredibly helpful after I received the car in explaining all the bells and whistles and left the door open for me to call him with additional questions - which I have on one occasion and probably will yet again. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family.
