Update 3/15: Alex reached out personally and asked me to come back. I did so and they took care of all maintenance. He explained he had made a mistake and they would take care of the next oil change for me as well. Thank you for making it right! As I said in my previous survey. The recall went great but the lack of concern about the need for an oil change and routine maintenance, and telling me it did not meet Acura’s rules is frustrating at almost 8000 miles.
