I took two Seiko watches for repair and they were done in two days. Serpentini Jewelry & Watch Services is an excellent. Rich is very friendly and knowledgeable and professional. Repair prices are very reasonable, I was very happy with my watches and to see them both working as they should.
Rich takes great care of his customers true throwback to a time when service was important! 💯 recommend
I needed to have my wife's necklace fixed. There are about 5 jewelers in our area. I priced them all. One place near him started writing up a bill with all this stuff they claimed needed to be done and was around $150. Mr Serpentini quoted me $36. When I went to pick it up he told me he was able to do it for $31. SUPER HONEST!!!!! He's a true craftsman who's experience came across when I spoke with him.
