I took a ring to get resized recently and had a wonderful experience. the ring mentioned is a difficult stone to work with when resizing, and Serpentini Jewelry took the proper precautions and worked on my ring with care. I just picked it up today and it looks (and fits) perfectly. Thank you to Rich and his team. Its not wonder why they have been around so long...a great business for the community
