Mackenzie was the most unprofessional person I have ever worked with. He was rude and acted like I wasn’t serious... I offended him when I said give me your best price no games... shady dealerships would get mad about that... he asked unrelated questions such as what I’m paying on my Audi when clearly it’s way more than anything on the lot and payment isn’t the issue... the bottom line is what matters.
