Shout out to Serpentini Chevrolet in Strongsville... There were a few hiccups when purchasing all weather mats through them (no big deal at all to me)and to my surprise, they realized (on their own) how many times I had to come back for these mats with my kiddos and they ended up doing so much more than just taking responsibility for their mistakes. they can charge a reasonable price to put a headlight in. they charged me 125 to put a head light in last year because they claimed they had to take the front bumper off smh. this year I went to get something else fixed on my car and the mechanic did the work and put a headlight in and never had to take the front bumper off. these guys at chevy will rob u stay away
I would like to say best experience buying my car from here. they were all friendly. I just want to give a big shout out to Ricardo. He was amazing. wasn't pushy. he was straight forward. highly recommend seeing him if looking for a car. .. I had no choice to find a car. as my car was stolen. But I'm happy I went here.
They pulled my credit even though we never could agree on a final vehicle/price. They quoted me a payment and when I questioned why the interest rate was so high they came back with a cheaper payment. Shady pretty much sums up this dealership. Shameful!

False advertising on their deals! Buyer beware! I just went in to serpentini under the impression that we were approved because we got a pre-approval. Walked in and the first thing they did was run my credit. Yes we were approved however, they wanted $1500 down on top of my car as a trade in. I left empty handed, pretty upset. If your going to say credit does not matter and that your job is your credit then why was my credit run before they even asked about my income? I put my faith into this dealership only to be let down.
The staff is amazing! this is my second lease and I will continue to work with them :) They treat me like family!
