Mike and his staff always do a great job. They diagnos the problem, let me know the issue and cost to repair. They do not try to pressure you to do more than what is needed, but if they see something needing attention, they will let you know. We have trusted Serpa Auto for a long time for our tires, as well as all of our vehicle repairs.
My dad always has used Serpa for all the cars that we’ve had over the years so I continue to take my car there now that I moved back to Sanger three years ago. My car doesn’t have too many miles so I’ve just needed oil changes. I initially took it to the new Jiffy Lube across from Walmart but they cost more than taking it to Serpa’s and they just rush the car through without the good look Mike will give my vehicle. Thanks!
I drive from Visalia anytime my car needs any work/maintenance done because Mike at Serpa’s is so honest and affordable. He kept my 2012 Scion kicking for 251,000 miles until I decided it was time to bite the bullet and replace it, even though it was still mechanically sound thanks to Serpa’s.
