sermar management has great staff and great living arrangements for singles or whole familys. units and buildings are always clean and staff is polite.
Good Management and apartments are nice and the location is great
I lived at one of their complexes, the OWNER IS Q THIEF, A LIAR AND THEY ENTER YOUR APARTMENT WHEN YOUR NOT HOME??!! THEY STOLE MY PERSONAL AIR CONDITIONER. !! THEIR PROPERTIES ARE NOT WELL MAINTAINED. NO OUTDOOR LIGHTING?? DON'T EXPECT YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK. YOU ALSO NEED TO EXPECT HUGE UTILITY BILLS, THE WINDOWS ARE SOOO..OLD THE DOUBLE PANE GLASS IS SO BAD THERE IS MOISTURE AND FROSTED. I HAD TO TAKE THOSE BAS##RDS TO COURT. .AND WON. IF I COULD GIVE THEM NO STARS..THEY WOULD WIN HANDS DOWN
