Terrible experience The Prudential agent had promised my family a significant rebate on the house, but 2 years later, we're still trying to get our money back. Got no satisfaction from office manager in the Fishkill office, they were of no help and rather uncooperative. My family and I are very disappointed with this business and their practices.
