Dr. Epstein has seen both my husband and me . I have always felt he is an excellent diagnostician and is very thorough . I have butted heads with him due to his abruptness but he always listens even though he is recording all data on a dictaphone . He does not miss anything . He can be aloof but he hears everything you are revealing . He uses a dictaphone to record all history so everything is considered . I no longer work as an RN . I am extremely picky in who my physicians are .
Long wait times, too busy typing into his computer to listen. Had multiple issues to discuss, but would only allow me to describe one.
Excellent Dr and excellent diagnostician
After several years being his patient I've decided that I have had enough of the rudeness, abrupt behavior, and being spoken to like i am a minor child. Every time I have an appointment there is a staff change. While he has recently fired at least one of his office staff, now all of his staff are new. The changes in his personality is striking to say the least. It's a shame because he's a brilliant doctor and was highly recommended when I moved away from my previous doctor's practice.
