I book appointment for SST to update my software for the Clasp 64, 5.5.19. I messed up my calendar two weeks in a row and had to reschedule for the third week. Kristy was very empathic to my situations. I bought my original computer back in 2007 from SST and bought a new computer this year and have been very pleased with the sustained customer service and impressed with their honesty and integrity. I give the the highest recommendation to anyone considering finding experts for computer products and support.
