This place is the best and has the nicest and most knowledgeable staff. I ordered my bike from them last year and they took the time to go over all the models I was looking at to help me find the one that was right for me and then did a fitting to make sure everything was perfect for me. Today I went in to pick up my order for new pedals and shoes. They went above and beyond and spend a ton of time making adjustments to the cleats so that everything was absolutely perfect. I came in to Serious to have a timeless bike that I’m selling looked at for any severe damages. My eyes were drawn around the room to a display of high quality, perfectly priced bikes. I was greeted by a furry friend and given exceptional customer service! Without request, Brian showed a little extra love to the bike I brought in and gave me great information about the bike. Super great! My son’s bike, purchased elsewhere, was broken beyond my meager skills. I showed up without an appointment, and the gentleman, pictured, was very helpful and efficient, replacing the brake line, checking the gears, wiping it down, and even putting the brake line back on the correct side of the bike. Who knows who put it in the wrong spot in the first place, but I’m not taking the blame for that.
These guys always go above and beyond.
