So, we’re annoying customers I think 😂 and these guys go above and beyond to help a fellow cycler in need. Even when they were slammed and it’s closing time (we did this twice) they were so friendly and professional with great service. We will be coming back a lot. 5 stars for sure. Highly recommend
HUGE thanks to Brian, Keith and Grace for helping me with some pain I was having on the bike. This shop is what a local bike shop should be. They were amazing.
This place is the best and has the nicest and most knowledgeable staff. I ordered my bike from them last year and they took the time to go over all the models I was looking at to help me find the one that was right for me and then did a fitting to make sure everything was perfect for me. Today I went in to pick up my order for new pedals and shoes. They went above and beyond and spend a ton of time making adjustments to the cleats so that everything was absolutely perfect. I came in to Serious to have a timeless bike that I’m selling looked at for any severe damages. My eyes were drawn around the room to a display of high quality, perfectly priced bikes. I was greeted by a furry friend and given exceptional customer service! Without request, Brian showed a little extra love to the bike I brought in and gave me great information about the bike.
