We lived at The Serif for almost two years and had the best experience! The only reason we moved is because we were moving out of state, otherwise we would have stayed much longer. Maintenance is very responsive, the building is always clean, Georgia from the management office is so helpful and we loved the location in Walkers Point!! The exposed brick and wood beams are so beautiful and the building has so much character. I would highly recommend living here!

I have lived in Milwaukee for 11 years and my apartment at the Serif is the fourth apartment I have had. It is also the best.i have lived here going on 5 years. This is not a cookie cutter apartment. The aesthetic is bright with well maintained expose cream city brick, wood floors, and exposed timber. Many other apartments can feel like dorm rooms, the Serif is far from that. I used to live here for about 3 years and I loved everything about my apartment. The finishing's were beautiful, the management was great and answered promptly, the service requests were fulfilled within 48 hours, and the location is prime in the downtown Milwaukee area. It doesn't have a ton of amenities, but it is connected to Timber Lofts which has a larger gym and coffee bar area. There are also many gyms within walking distance.
