Right before I moved out, my clearly very used microwave sparked and was no longer usable. I let management know so it could be replaced during the turn of the unit. I was then charged $215 for the replacement of the microwave, even though I did absolutely nothing to damage it and never used it beyond normal use. Thankful I never put in a maintenance request for the moldy washer, dryer that requires two cycles to be run, or moldy water dispenser otherwise I’m sure they would have found a way to charge me for that as well. Out of all the apartments I have lived in (in and out of Milwaukee), The Serif is my favorite. The units are beautiful (exposed brick, high ceilings, large windows), management is so helpful & responsive, and the location is amazing (super walkable with so much to do). I am actually devastated that I have to move out of state because I do not want to leave this apartment!

Recently toured Serif lofts with property manager Georgia and had an amazing experience. Not a ton of amenities but those aren’t necessities imo, but they quickly made up for it with unsurpassed character, location for walkers point, plus quality of the lofts and we toured a lot of places. Decided to stick closer to our current neighborhood as location at this time was the biggest factor. Otherwise we would have happily called Serif lofts home! We might even regret not moving here that’s how much we loved it! Thanks again,

We lived at The Serif for almost two years and had the best experience! The only reason we moved is because we were moving out of state, otherwise we would have stayed much longer. Maintenance is very responsive, the building is always clean, Georgia from the management office is so helpful and we loved the location in Walkers Point!! The exposed brick and wood beams are so beautiful and the building has so much character. I would highly recommend living here!
