Recently toured Serif lofts with property manager Georgia and had an amazing experience. Not a ton of amenities but those aren’t necessities imo, but they quickly made up for it with unsurpassed character, location for walkers point, plus quality of the lofts and we toured a lot of places. Decided to stick closer to our current neighborhood as location at this time was the biggest factor. Otherwise we would have happily called Serif lofts home! We might even regret not moving here that’s how much we loved it! Thanks again,
We lived at The Serif for almost two years and had the best experience! The only reason we moved is because we were moving out of state, otherwise we would have stayed much longer. Maintenance is very responsive, the building is always clean, Georgia from the management office is so helpful and we loved the location in Walkers Point!! The exposed brick and wood beams are so beautiful and the building has so much character. I would highly recommend living here!

I have lived in Milwaukee for 11 years and my apartment at the Serif is the fourth apartment I have had. It is also the best.i have lived here going on 5 years. This is not a cookie cutter apartment. The aesthetic is bright with well maintained expose cream city brick, wood floors, and exposed timber. Many other apartments can feel like dorm rooms, the Serif is far from that.
