Endoscopy center staff are friendly and warm and thorough. Dr. Sericati provided a detailed explanation and recommendations after the procedure. I would definitely recommend him and his staff.
I was a little nervous after reading a paper on potential complications. But after asking a nurse about it.my mind was put at ease.
Good bedside manner, explained things well.
Dr Sericati has been my gastroenterologist for many years. I can only say wonderful things about him and his care, kindness, and availability! I highly recommend him!
IGA Doctors and administrators are very patient and willing to listen to my issues. When I write them messages they respond in a timely manner. When I call they respond and are able to answer questions timely.
Office was clean, . Staff were very professional answered all my questions and made me as comfortable as can be.
I'm now 78 years old & came down with an aggressive form of Crohns about 12 years ago & due to the difficulty in treating it was referred to Dr. Sericati several years ago. I've found Dr. Sericati to be a very caring person & his entire staff have always done their very best to help me through some very difficult times. Some of the medications used to treat Crohns are unbelievably expensive & are not affordable due to our fixed retirement income. Dr Seracati was brought in to correct a screw up from another surgeon. We didn't choose him and never met him, we weren't given a choice. He didn't check up after the surgery. The surgery had to be corrected later by another surgeon. The staff was rude. They do not honor the Blue Cross contract and very rudely and aggressively pursue collection even after insurance paid the customary amount. Dr. Sericati is an excellent doctor. I have had multiple problems and he is always willing to try different ideas and if he is at a loss for isn't afraid to send you to someone for a second opinion.
