I waited over 1.5 hours to be seen by Dr. Seri Kwon. The time in the room I asked the nurse multiple times if there was an update - as I could've rescheduled (I only had childcare for a limited time that day). I kept being assured 15 minutes more, 20 minutes more, etc. Finally I was seen by Dr. Seri Kwon 5 minutes AFTER the office hours are closing. Not only did the doctor say we could do my yearly physical in 5 minutes, but had no idea I had done bloodwork etc, had no idea what I was here for. At this point I was frustrated... read more
