I genuinely question trusting a realtor who either can't read or is so disrespectful to potential clients they willfully disregard no soliciting signs. Their flier wasn't even at the sidewalk but wedged in both my doors. If you can't respect my house, why would I *ever* consider buying or selling one through you?
Great brokers never felt pressured into anything even though it took a year to find our perfect holiday home so yes the team are very patient, my wife loves the place so happy wife happy life.
