After taking my family to Pike Place Chowder, we were walking around the area and came across this small, one-chair barbershop. My kids wanted haircuts, so we decided to stop in and ask if they could get serviced. The barber was extremely rude and aggressive toward us and immediately told us that he doesn’t cut kids and that we needed to leave. I walked into Sergio’s Barbershop and, when I first came in, I actually said, “Wow, this is cool.” I was interested in getting a haircut and was about to ask about the services and prices. Before I could even have a conversation about what I was looking for, Sergio told me he was busy and told me to leave. I was honestly shocked by how I was treated. There are professional and respectful ways to let someone know you’re too busy for a walk-in, but I felt I was treated very disrespectfully. What makes the situation even more... read more
