Did this pediatrician's waiting room have separate areas for "sick" and "well" children? Yes, they had a "sick" and "well" area Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else! Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? They cancel on me all the time.

Dr Sotelo is a great doctor. He is very calm and easy to talk to. He will listen to the parents and provide his guidance. For first time parents, he makes sure to tell what to expect, common things and things to pay attention to. He will call you eventually just to know if things are doing well. He puts clear importance in the family, treating the mum and dad just as well as his own patient. He is always available for conversation, doubts and problems via phone.
