Sergio was a godsend! Our mother passed and her house had been neglected over 20 years. The yard was overgrown, the house needed repairs, septic system needed repair and so much more to list. Sergio advised us on what needed to be repaired to sell this home. Since we were from out of town, he was our only source for local services. Sergio did an amazing job working with my family and I. He was very communicative and very professional. Offered good advice and made sure to get the most for the sale. He definitely was out to help and not just make a quick sale even though he sold extremely fast with still getting the most. If your shopping for a realtor he's the one to have.

Sergio is a great realtor. I highly recommend him for all your Real Estate needs. My mother-in-law passed away and had a rental property in Riverside, and I met Sergio a few years ago at a party. He is smart, engaging, and honest. He knows the market and was nailed on what the house would sell for before we wrote up the contract to work together.
