I would need to write an entire novel to describe the many years of ongoing issues with the irrigation system at the house I've lived in since October of 2021. So let me just assure anyone reading that I am writing this review based on a comprehensive refurbishment of a three-zone irrigation system with a total of 33 rotors whose valve assembly *and* cabling connecting the valve assembly to the control box had completely failed after years of legacy issues with Zones 1 and 3 and never being able to get Zone 2 online at all d... read more
Absolutely horrible customer service. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Continued to reschedule weeks out with no reason why, cancelled our appointment 8pm the night before via text. Finally after waiting and anticipating their visit, decided to cancel all together. Avoid this bad business!
Had two people from this company out to receive a free estimate. I was scheduled the week following for a face to face review of the estimate they put together. Never did they show up, instead rescheduled a week out, I asked if there was a possibility to have someone out sooner, considering our projects deadline, to which they stated “Have a good day” and abandoned the job. Very poor business values, please avoid this company if you’re looking for a reliable and friendly experience.
