This place is a joke. Waited over 40mins to get any customer service just to tell me he couldn’t do it , all I needed was a screw for a link on my watch the guy”Sergio” Was rude and unprofessional and tells me it'll take up to 10 days for a damn screw! something that took less that 5min to get that at a nearby jewelry shop. Don't waste your time here. clearly they're ripping people off. You need anything done in this area I recommend international jeweler's done the street on piedras
Exceptional service! He was incredibly knowledgeable and resized my watch in under 10 minutes. The shop is spotless, well-organized, and has a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend!
Went here the other week to have a watch battery replaced. Owner was very kind and knowledgeable. Took my watch back and came out within 15 min. Cleaned, replaced, and sealed. Reasonably charged. Will recommend.
La verdad pésima experiencia… se tardó más de 3 meses para arreglar una pulsera en plata la cual únicamente era colocarle un sujetador y adicional a eso la entregó sucia y manchada… fuimos varias veces a buscarle y también le llamamos y no respondía… definitivamente no lo recomiendo
