She was a good realtor but I feel cheated by her. She took advantage of a situation. so thats why I will give her 1 star.
We're newly married and were living in the city when we bumped into Grace, and she recommended a place in the suburbs where we weren't even looking. Once we saw it, it turned out to be absolutely gorgeous and exceeded our expectations. We purchased it without even looking at another property. After that, Phyllis helped us throughout the entire process which was extremely helpful as we were first time home owners. We are so glad we went with Sergio & Banks and would highly recommend them to our friends & family.
