Dr. Ulloa is absolutely meticulous as well as being kind, compassionate, and friendly. He’s highly intelligent yet phrases things in an easy-to-understand manner. My friends, family and I have had several successful procedures with him and he has earned my full trust.

I've been a patient of Dr. Ulloa for several years, including torn meniscus and, most recently, a knee replacement. I have nothing but praises for his work. He is professional yet very personable. I am healing ahead of schedule and I credit him for that.
Dr. Ulloa is one of the most caring and attentive Doctors my husband has ever seen. He really listens, very patiently (even when too much detail is given by the patient) and never rushes the conversation. He's very thorough and knowledgeable. He also won't hesitate to refer you to another specialist that is just as qualified as himself if what you're needing is out of his scope of practice.
