I’ve been ordering from these people for years and it has been the most amazing food in NYC. And after the coronavirus they became lazy and don’t care. I received this platter that’s normally with olives and vegetables in a large tray but they shoved into a sandwich container they fogot give me the hard cheese I ordered and the burrata was spilled over. 10+ stars!! I always eat here when I’m in NYC (sometimes make special trips from Philly to NYC just to eat here!!). The panini and pasta are amazing -made with the freshest ingredients—and the staff is so friendly and courteous. Yesterday I had the lasagna-the best I’ve ever had-but I couldn’t leave without getting a few panini and rice balls for family at home!
