My appointment was at 10:15am with Dr Sergey Rekhtman. I arrived at 10:00am. I've waited for one hour then I asked someone at the front desk and she told me that the doctor is falling behind. There was no reason, apology or compassion. Also, there is a white board by the waiting area with the names of physicians and two columns labelled "On time" and "Delay". Neither column was filled out alerting patients of the status of their physician. What is the purpose of that white board? Truly unprofessional!
My appointment was scheduled for 9:30 AM. I arrived early at 9:15 AM, yet I was not seen until 10:54 AM—over an hour past my appointment time. When the provider finally entered, there was no acknowledgment of the delay, no greeting, and no apology. He immediately began asking questions, demonstrating a clear lack of basic bedside manner and professionalism.
