Changing the battery on my watch was fast but I was charged $20. In Chinatown (don't recall the store), the same watch's battery change was under $12. I do feel like I've been ripped off a bit here. She also asked me what the time was and set it to the approximate time. She handled my watch quite roughly. At the Chinatown place, or when I'd had the battery changed in London (it was expensive), they set time for me to the exact second precisely.
