Fantastic barber shop. I don’t know that there’s a better one in northeast queens (or even the whole borough). Works quickly but pays attention to detail and does an overall phenomenal job!

The shop is walking distance right between 2 schools but the owner is not kid friendly and prioritizes younger clientele who gets weekly cuts. Will not honor appointments and put someone else in your time slot, making you wait, despite an appointment. Prices also getting out of control for a 5 minute cut. Learn to cut your own hair folks its not that hard.

I hate to write this review because I've been coming to Sergeo on and off since he first opened up in this neighborhood and even had him as my barber a few times at Springfield. I had an appointment for 1PM. I enter but he gets his new barber to take care of me instead. I asked for a disconnected haircut with length on top but he just completely shaved my hair up the sides which cut the top hairs that were draped over my sides instead of pinning the top hairs before shaving the sides and back.
