We had a tornado come through our area and caused a lot of roof and some siding damage to our home. I called Sarg and Nick and Don came right out to get our roof tarped up. We have a major national insurance carrier. The initial authorization of damages was laughably small and called for patching about a dozen places in my roof. After a wind storm destroyed my shed and torn siding of my house, didnt really know how to go about getting insurance to cover damage. After calling Sargent's ,they came and save the day. Help me through the process of getting full coverage of house. And man what an awesome job they did to make my house a beautiful home! Thank you Nick Babos! Cant even put into words how appreciative I am with the help and work your company did!
Good communication. Relentlessly stayed on my insurance company to ensure all the damage would be covered as it should instead of giving me 25% They didn't give in when I was ready to. Had a few small issues with work completed and they made it right quickly.

Called Sergeants from a referral by a coworker. Nick Babos came out and looked at my roof. He noticed some storm damage and advised me to contact my insurance company. I did so and then Nick walked me through all the complicated Insurance communications and paperwork.
