I finally found a Doctor who listens. Serge Gardere spends the office visit time with ME. I feel very comfortable with him and everyone in his office. I moved away, but I will drive an hour to see him and his staff.
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Gardere for probably 10 years, my first impression has remained consistent through the entire 10 years, Dr.Gardere is a VERY VERY intelligent man, he is a very empathetic man, and he honestly cares about people, and he has the ability to interact with his patients with complete professionalism, and communicates with them in a way that they are able to completely understand. I wish I had a more positive experience. Unfortunately, this doctors office left me with nothing but out of money!!!! I took 3 - 24 hour urine collection tests and they failed to get each test to the laboratory correctly. I certainly was not going to go for a 4th test. One of the tests I was still billed for even though it was performed incorrectly. The test was supposed to be for an adrenal panel, but they provided a heavy metal panel and billed me for it.
