Hi Good morning. Is there a way someone can clean the pool this morning? My children would love to hop in the pool in the hot heat.
The current management is professional, but Their information is false and untrustworthy. I busted their lies. Esther (the former manager) was much better.
We were really interested in moving into Sereno Town Homes and were in contact with them for weeks. Unfortunately, it felt like we were being led on the whole time given hopeful information and promises, only to find out at the very end that there won’t be any availability until August. This was very disappointing and frustrating, especially since we were trying to plan our move. We wish they had been more upfront about the availability from the start. Hopefully, they can improve communication for future renters.
I have lived here for 4 years, no problems ,no issues, any maintenance request was within the time frame as indicated. Communication between Management is excellent. Unfortunately we decided to move to another city and wish we could move this place to our new location!!! Would recommend!!! FYI square footage and amount of rent is less then what everyone else is charging. This is a steal, why pass this up.
