We were really interested in moving into Sereno Town Homes and were in contact with them for weeks. Unfortunately, it felt like we were being led on the whole time given hopeful information and promises, only to find out at the very end that there won’t be any availability until August. This was very disappointing and frustrating, especially since we were trying to plan our move. We wish they had been more upfront about the availability from the start. Hopefully, they can improve communication for future renters.
I have lived here for 4 years, no problems ,no issues, any maintenance request was within the time frame as indicated. Communication between Management is excellent. Unfortunately we decided to move to another city and wish we could move this place to our new location!!! Would recommend!!! FYI square footage and amount of rent is less then what everyone else is charging. This is a steal, why pass this up.
Had lived here for 8 years. Just moved out for living closer to my workplace or I will stay here. Nice modern townhome with your personal garage attached to your home. Spacious terrace was my favorite. Management and maintenance are superb. Esther is the best manager I’ve ever met. She always addresses your problems professionally, quickly and effectively.
