I had an extremely disappointing experience at Sereno Day Spa. My massage therapist started late, then left the room three separate times during the treatment — once for up to 10 minutes — to deal with other customers. She also answered a phone call during the massage, which completely ruined any chance of relaxation. The actual massage itself was poor quality. "As a massage enthusiast, I like to go everywhere to experience different services. After reading some reviews, I decided to try this place with my partner. My first impression was that it was clean and met a 4-star standard. The staff looked friendly as well. We were taken to a room with two beds. I’m honestly so impressed. I had really bad shoulder and neck pain, and I booked the 20-minute Day Spa Special – Express Muscle Relief Massage with SINDI. She completely went above and beyond during the session and focused on exactly where I needed help. You can tell she genuinely cares about fixing the problem, not just doing a quick massage. After just 20 minutes, I felt such a huge difference in my pain and tension. Highly recommend if you’re struggling with neck or shoulder pain — I’ll definitely be back!
