The Serenium Wellness (Cranford location) has told me I can’t be seen because I was seen and discharged at their Manalapan location. However, this never happened as my virtual appointment was cancelled due to protocol and awaited clinical director approval. I was approved by the clinical director, however, by then the provider I wanted to see in that location, was not available anymore.
